KS2 Choir
KS2 choir sang to their peers and the staff in whole school assembly just before half term. It was a little nerve-wracking, but they sang beautifully and many children were extremely brave and sang solos. The two songs we sang were ‘I’m OK!’ and ‘Rockstar’. You can hear both songs here:

Year 3 and 4 Choir
Thank you to the Y3 and Y4 pupils who came to choir this half term. We have had a lovely time singing and playing instruments together. Here is a video of ‘I Wanna Sing Scat’ for you to enjoy. Y3 and 4 choir will start again after the Easter holidays.

Year 5 & 6 Choir – Music for Youth Festival
The Year 5/6 Choir, Mrs Addison and Miss Argue attended the Music for Youth Festival at the Stephen Perse Senior School and had a really enjoyable afternoon. There were choirs from many different primary and secondary schools as well as a Big Band and a recorder group. Our singers did themselves proud, singing a challenging piece with harmonies and received some very positive feedback from the adjudicator. This is the first opportunity we have had to perform in public for quite some time and we were by far the smallest choir there. However, our pupils overcame their nerves and as always represented KHEF really well.
