To make bookings or payments for Breakfast Club, After School Club & Friday Club, Please download the Arbor Parent Portal. For more information, please go to the office and speak to a member of staff. Registration forms are attached to this web page or can be collected from the office.
About Us
We offer a high quality wrap around care for all Rec-Y6 children throughout term time which we try to make as much as a home from home setting as possible.
We provide a snack for the children which is on a 4-weekly rota.

What do we do?
We are very lucky to have many toys and resources available for the children which encourage all areas of learning. These include:

- Lego/knex/marble run/cars and trains
- Weekly cooking
Outdoor Activities:

Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club offers a relaxed and welcoming start to the day for all pupils. Open from 7:15am Mon-Fri during term time only, it provides children with a nutritious breakfast, if required. Alongside breakfast, children can enjoy a range of quiet activities such as reading, drawing, and games, helping them feel settled and ready to learn. The club is supervised by friendly staff and designed to support our parents and carers by offering a safe and caring environment before school begins. Each session is charged at £2.50 per child.
After School Club
Our After School Club provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children at the end of the school day. Our After School Club is for children in Reception-Year 6, the club offers a variety of activities including arts and crafts, outdoor learning, cooking and games. After School Club themes change weekly so children have fresh and fun activities to engage with. It’s a great opportunity for children to relax, develop new skills through play, and build friendships in a supportive setting. The club runs from the end of the school day until 5:45pm Mon-Fri during term time only, and a healthy snack is provided. The snack menu is on a 4-week rota so children have a variety of different foods to try. We are accommodating with our timings as we appreciate that routines are different for all. We have three different time collections for our After School Club:
- End of the school day-4pm is £5.50 (children will not receive a snack)
- End of the school day-5pm is £6.50 (snack provided)
- End of school day- 5:45 pm is £8.50 (snack provided)
Each session you book will require payment before processing.
We ask you to provide at least 24 hours notice for bookings or cancellations due to staffing levels, you will be charged for cancellations at short notice. You will not be charged if your child is absent through sickness. Please inform the school office if your child will not be attending After School Club through sickness as soon as possible.
Friday Club
Our Friday club offers a fun, enriching and exciting afternoon for children in Reception-Year 6. Children explore a different theme each week which links to national events, school themes or other engaging topics. Friday Club is available to working families, or those parents/carers who are in full-time education. Proof of this is required at registration. The cost of each session is £2.50 per child and starts at 1:30pm every Friday, during term time, until 3:20pm. Please be advised that payment for Friday Club is required up-front at the start of each half-term to secure your child’s place. This can be done through Arbor. After School Club charges apply if you require childcare to continue after this time.
